Dinning Room Support (Busser) - Casa Grande, AZ

Position Summary

As a Busser at Hideout Steakhouse & BBQ, you’ll help create an exceptional dining experience by keeping our dining room clean, organized, and ready for every guest. You’ll support our servers and kitchen team to ensure fast, friendly service while maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and hospitality that define the Hideout experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set, clear, and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
  • Assist servers with delivering food and beverages as needed.
  • Refill water, beverages, and guest supplies when requested.
  • Keep dining areas, service stations, and restrooms clean and stocked.
  • Remove dishes and transport them safely to the dishwashing area.
  • Stock ice, condiments, silverware, and other service supplies.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant.
  • Support the front-of-house team during busy service periods.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company standards.

Qualifications

Applicants must:

  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Have (or obtain) a valid Food Handler’s Permit.
  • Pass pre-employment drug and background screenings.
  • Have reliable transportation.
  • Be available to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Physical Requirements

This position requires standing and walking for extended periods, lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, frequent bending, reaching, and lifting, and working efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
